AI VentureFlows SEIS Fund
The Fund is the culmination of foremost experts in AI collaborating with founders of MICAP, one of the leading providers of SEIS research, to pioneer a thematic and innovative new AI SEIS fund. This collaboration harnesses a rare blend of tech specialism, access to innovation, and long experience working with start-ups and early-stage companies.
The Fund will invest predominantly in AI companies emanating from premier UK incubator programs. This should ensure a portfolio of the highest calibre, rigorously vetted, and able to succeed to the next step. Members of VentureFlows’ Investment Team have individual experience of working with leading AI incubators, which should secure first-look access to the best up-and-coming AI start-ups, ensuring a pipeline of fresh, innovative ventures.
VentureFlows believes that investing in AI should help the Fund secure exits for investors through the potential for “bundle” sales that should appeal to AI focused venture capital firms or Big Tech’s appetite to lock in rights to upcoming technologies and cement their market dominance.

Prof Andy Pardoe
Andy Pardoe is an AI professor, advisor, author and investor having over 30 years experience as a technologist and business leader. His consultancy helps SMEs and PLCs with their AI strategies and implementations. He chairs the deep tech innovation centre at the University of Warwick and is the founder of VentureFlows together with Bruce Elliott-Smith and Andrew Irwin.
